Artwork and Copyright: All original paintings, prints, images, and content displayed on this site are the original work of Joel Thornton and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a print or original painting does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or licensing rights. Images, artwork, and content on this site may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Orders and Payment: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order for print purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Commissions: Commissioned artwork is governed by a separate Commission Agreement, which outlines pricing, deposit requirements, timeline, and revision terms specific to that project.

Limitation of Liability: J. Thornton Fine Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold through this site. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
